After confirming the order, exchanges are not available, as the items are made individually for each customer.
Before placing an order, it is advisable to make sure that the selected size meets your expectations (check the size chart, if available, under the product).
Complaints are accepted in the following cases:
- Textile manufacturing defect
- Defect in the printing of the stamp, not dependent on the provided image.
- The goods received clearly do not correspond to those requested in the order.
- The error occurred as a result of our fault.
custom.bg reserves the right to accept or reject a claim within 14 days after the date of submission.
Due to the specifics of printing, in some cases there may be noticeable traces of the printing process - slight darkening of some colors, slight fading around the image (they will clear up after washing).
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases where:
– the goods received clearly do not correspond to those stated in the order;
– the error occurred as a result of our fault;
